Sara Reddick came to wedding design through an unlikely avenue: sports. After spending her undergraduate and graduate years pursuing degrees in athletic training, Sara discovered her love for creative ideation, relationship building, and curating unforgettable, immersive experiences was perfectly suited to events. Today Sara and her team are renowned for their classic meets fashion-forward aesthetic, as well as their dedication to collaboration, hospitality, and ease throughout the planning process.
Sara’s designs are rooted in individuality, storytelling, and her adoration of fashion, architecture, and nature. Taking cues from your unique history and setting, Sara crafts unparalleled experiences through texture, color, and detail — all in service of creating memories that you and your loved ones will celebrate for years to come.

Hannah Allen
After celebrating her own nuptials in 2020, Hannah joined the Sara Reddick Events team with an unmatched work ethic and enthusiasm for the process of transforming a space into her clients’ perfect soiree. Hannah is an organizational tour de force — there’s no logistic she can’t sort out — and on her off weekends you’ll find her absorbed in a new book, hiking the trails, and playing with her pup Izzy.

Katherine Reddick
Katherine has been with Sara Reddick Events from the beginning. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business, Katherine turned her apt sense of logistical flow, time management, and creative problem-solving towards weddings, where seeing the joy and romance inherent to our couples’ celebrations has become her favorite part of her work. During her downtime she loves spending time with her family as well as her St. Bernard Penny and cats Howard and Bernadette.

Tayler Duerr Nothold
Having spent nearly a decade working in the beautiful world of bridal fashion, Tayler comes to Sara Reddick Events with a keen eye for both exquisite design and hospitality. Known amongst our team and our clients for her undeniable positivity and master communication skills. Tayler feels most at home when she’s spending time with her husband, son, and “dog-ter” Milan — or relaxing in front of a Friends marathon.

Emilie White
The self-described hopeless romantic of the team, Emilie is in love with love and crafting event experiences that speak to the magic and importance of our couples’ most memorable days. Her open heart, attention to detail, and sixth sense for the needs of those around her make her an incredible asset to our clients. In her spare time you’ll find Emilie and her husband trying out new recipes from her ever-growing collection of cookbooks, walking with their black lab Hank, or exploring new corners of the world (Italy is up next).

Ronna brings a personable and hospitable energy to every event she touches. A master at anticipating client needs with an expert eye for the small details, Ronna makes everyone in her presence feel at ease. When she’s away from weddings you’ll find her quilting, gardening, and spending time with her children — and certainly never staying still for too long.
